Shipping Methods and Policies

All of our Pet Products are shipped within the Continental United States only - NO international orders at this time. They are shipped from several suppliers/manufacturers located in several different states so delivery time varies as to where the product is coming from and where it is going to. We have no control over shipping times or the length of time before a product is shipped.  

Our Pet Supply Products (those with SKU numbers starting with "B","E", "M", and "S") are shipped by UPS Ground service. Products with SKU's of "B" are usually shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. Products with SKU's of "E" are usually shipped in 3-14 business days. The handmade fleece pet blankets with SKU of "M" are are shipped in 10-14 days after receiving your order. Products with SKU's of "S" are shipped in 2-3 business days.

The Paw Print Pet Products (with SKU's starting with "P") that are made to order are ready for shipping in 14 -21 business days and are shipped by FedEx Ground service ( please choose Ground Shipping when ordering). 

The Refined Feline/Canine Products (with SKU's starting with "R") are shipped from the manufacturer in 3-5 business days via FedEx Ground service (please select Ground Shipping for the Refined Dog Beds and Refined Feline Litter Boxes when ordering).  

Our Pet Products with SKU numbers that start with the letter "B" can be returned within 30 days from order date and come with a full money-back guarantee (minus the cost of shipping-NO EXCEPTIONS). After 30 days there is a 25% restocking fee. Damaged items can be returned up to 12 months from order date and will be inspected by the company before full refund given. There is NO RETURN on any discontinued products.  Please contact us first before returning any product (so that we can provide you with the correct procedure and address for returns).

Pet Products with SKU's of "E" can be returned within 60 days of order if not completely satisfied. The pet products may be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee and must be in good condition to be returned to inventory. Items displaying excessive wear are NOT eligible for a refund. Shipping costs are NOT refundable! Please contact us with any questions or concerns and before returning an item (so that we can provide you with the correct procedure and address for returns). Pet Products delivered to Florida are subject to a 7% state sales tax.

The handmade fleece pet blankets with SKU number starting with "M" are custom made and therefore are NOT returnable. If you are not satisfied with the fleece blanket please contact us right away and we will make every attempt to resolve the problem.

PAW PRINT Pet Products with SKU's of "P" may be returned within 7 days of receipt if you notify us so that we can contact the manufacturer. The returned item must be received within 14 days of your receipt and we will provide you with the address to return it to the manufacturer. Returns must be in NEW, UNUSED condition!  A 20% restocking fee may apply. Litter cabinets are NOT returnable due to sanitary reasons. Shipping fees are NOT refundable (NO EXCEPTIONS) and return shipping is to be paid by you, the costumer. All returns must be properly packaged and insured, just as you received it.

The Refined Canine Dog Beds that SKU number starts with "R" can be returned up to 14 days from delivery. There is a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees are NOT refundable. You, the customer, must pay return shipping. The product must be in resalable condition, free from pet hair and wear. Returns will only be accepted if a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) has been issued. You must contact us first and we will get you a RMA# from the manufacturer and the return address to send it back. The dog beds come with a 6 month limited warranty that covers manufacturers defects. If damage occurs during shipping please contact us for instructions on returning and replacing the product. You will need to describe the damage to the outer box, identify which parts need replacement by part # listed on the assembly instructions, and if possible take a digital picture of the damaged box and damaged part. The manufacturer will determine whether the entire product should be picked up by FedEx and a new one sent out to you, or if just a part needs to be sent. Once FedEx has picked up the product a new or replacement will be sent to you. The Refined Feline Litter Boxes can be returned up to 30 days from purchase with a RMA# (as above).

Pet Products with the SKU's of "S" are NOT returnable (policy of the manufacturer). If there is damage to the product caused by shipping or the product is defective, please contact us and we will contact the manufacturer for instructions.  

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards as method of payment. If you wish, you can also pay by check, however if this method is used you must include a valid phone number and there will be a required two week waiting period before your order will be processed.
